Energy & Condition of Items
All items sold in our shop are intentionally selected and energetically handled with care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, free of physical damage, and include original packaging when applicable.
Online Purchases
For online orders, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment, provided the item meets our condition requirements.
If your item arrives damaged, please email a clear photo of the damage within 10 days of delivery to thewitch@witchscupboard.com to begin the return or replacement process. Requests submitted without photos or outside of this timeframe may not be eligible.
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are eligible for store credit only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or untracked return packages.
In-Store Purchases - still in the realm of manifestation
For in-store purchases, items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, with a valid receipt and provided the item meets our condition and energy requirements.
Returns made after 30 days are eligible for store credit only. Store credit is good for one year.
